Oyo Rooms — check in denied after room upgradation | |
I had booked a couple friendly oyo room. Before checking into the hotel, i got a message citing that my booking has been upgraded. When i clicked on the link, i found that i have been shifted to a nearby oyo hotel. When i went there, i was denird check in on the ground that the hotel was not couple friendly. However, in the oyo app, the hotel was mentiomed a couple friendly. I contacted oyo assist but they just kept me waiting. Finally i had to book another hotel.
