Hello, Booking id: htl8uylt99 My booking was prepaid. I paid whole amount 733 (378 deducted from acc rest from wallet) while booking. At the time if checkin, reception person denied my check in and said he'd only accept bookings with cash payments and also do not accept booking with charges lesser than 800. Now, its not my problem if oyo application shows lesser rate sometimes. On that night there was very heavy rain in indore and i had lots of luggage with me. There was absolutely no support given by hotel nor from oyo. Then i booked another hotel on spot which was nearest, booking id: lfts9804, and spent my night. I want my money back and some compensation for my whole struggle and troubles. It's all oyo fault because they don't communicate with hotels and set proper strict policies.
