[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — check in denied by the hotel | |||
Hello team oyo My concern is for udaipur city in rajasthan. This is the second time i am facing the same problem that whenever i book a room online which states oyo above the hotel name. The amount always get deducted and i receive a confirmation voucher against it, but at the time of check in, both times the hotel denied me to check in the room. They admit that yes we have a booking of your name but we cannot allow you to check in because you have booked an oyo room online and oyo is not giving us money for the bookings... So if you want a room then pay us ofline then you can proceed the check in. And both the times i have to argue with the online portal to refund me the amount... It will be very helpful if you can take this seriously otherwise you will be finished very soon. Regards Was this information helpful? | |||
