[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — Check in denied, require refund | |||
I booked room for[protected] for one night at collection o 83969. I had paid an amount of rs. 641 online. But after reaching hotel, they denied check in, but showing check in&out in oyo app. So, I require refund of the same. Calling oyo customer care for the same, no help I got. Hotel: Golden grand inn. Jul 22, 2022 Complaint marked as Resolved Mailed the same complaint to [email protected] also. Got reply on the same day, and got refund within 2-3 days.
