I booked hotel R R Palace in Gorakhpur. Before check-in, I called customer care for my booking confirmation and they told me that your booking is confirmed and you can make the payment at the hotel. When I reached the hotel, the hotel manager told me that they are not accepting OYO booking as they do not have a tie-up with OYO from 1st august. I called customer care and they said that they are sorry about that and they shifted my hotel booking to other hotels which will cost me double the booking of my earlier booking cost. Firstly I suffer for that, I called OYO customer care more than 20 times. Some executives disconnect my call, some put my call on hold for more than 30-45 mins. After so many calls I made, one executive told me that he booked another hotel in the same amount as shown in attachment. But when I reached the new hotel which was a hotel Sapphire Inn I suffered again, the hotel manager said that he can't book a hotel in that amount and told me to call OYO customer care. Again I called OYO and they do the same thing, put my call on long holds and some disconnect my call. After calling so many times from different number one executive from the escalation department added the extra amount as a complementary to make me check-In. But the hotel manager said that OYO has to pay 2 lac rs already that why he will not allow anyone to check In from OYO booking. Again I called on customer care and suffered a lot but didn't find any resolution.OYO should be penalized for that's pathetic service and I want a refund for that suffering and a traveling amount which I paid to reach the hotels.
