[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — check-in was denied for confirmed booking | |||
I had booked OYO 15989 (RC Residency Bhagsunag, Bhagsu, Dharamkot Rd, McLeod Ganj, Himachal Pradesh 176219) property with booking ID JXBV7491 for one night (6th June 2019 - 7th June 2019) and made full payment for the same. When we reached the hotel on 6th june 2019, hotel manager denied check-in and told that they do not have any tie-up with OYO rooms. The tie-up was canceled from 10th March 2019. We had to go through lot of difficulties as it was very late when we reach at hotel and then we need to look of alternate solutions. OYO team was not responding and when talked to customer support they put call on hold for nearly 20 minutes and then cut the call. I was having small kid with me. OYO is still taking the bookings. I want the compensation for following reason. 1. The vacation day got spoiled. 2. OYO put my family in danger in unknown city. 3. They are not initiating the refund.
