[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — check inn denied slept in car | |
I booked a hotel on 2nd july for 1 person in delhi with booking id - qxbl4867 My charges for the same was rs 756, when i reached the hotel the receptionist completely denied my check inn and asked me to talk to oyo only for this costing, he was asking me to take a direct booking for rs 1500. I had a word in oyo customer care, they promised me to provide me another room in same area for which i waited 30 mins. After that i called them again & again & again but no one gave me any solution. The only reply i got was "our escalation team will call you soon" so after a long wait not getting any resolution for my previous booking, i booked another hotel through oyo call center and not through the oyo application this time, again i went to the oyo hotel booking id - liyh1458, shockingly it was an underconstruction banquet hall, by my best efforts i found a guy there who was the receptionist and again i was denied for check inn as there rooms are under construction with no electricity and other amenities. From my first booking at 9pm till my last effort at 1am and continuous follow up with oyo call center i got so irritated exhausted & depressed from this so called brand oyo that i slept for the night in my car. I have a question for oyo, if you cannot provide bookings in that cost, if you dont have command with you hotel tie upps, your company do not pay enough salary to employees to check with your customers weather they got a room or not, they even do not care to follow upp, why so big hoardings ever where, is this just a money making business or is oyo actually a little sensible about what hospitality is.
