I tried to check in OYO Townhouse 573 BROSTAY Patel Nagar
NU8L5610, but they denied and said can't give that room in that same amount that asked for more money, still you are not processing full payment yet that was 511, i called customer care they said full refund will be there but in app it's showing partial not the full payment and because i was denied from first hotel, customer care suggested me another hotel in 793, i said what if they again deny he said it's our property so it can't be denied, you can call us, from first hotel to second hotel distance was about 2km i went to 2nd and as i suspected, hey said "hamara 1200 ka hota hai, oyo wala to kuchh bhi bhej deta h" what? I was again denied on that rate that was booked on the calll with the help of your customer care. Now again its showing partial payment or no amount too refund.

In this whole process your customer care diverted my call to service team for 3 team 15 min each, mute and thn call droped.
So i request you to refund my whole amount ASAP, for both two bookings plus compensation for all this hassle.
Because after all this oyo was unable to get me the hotel, and took my payment, in advance but no room to stay, my whole day was ruined because of you guys.
