We booked 2 rooms for 3 days from march 18-20, 2023. But we were denied checkin by the hotel manager, just because we booked rooms for cheaper than what he sells outside the oyo app.
Immediate complaint has been registered in oyo and spoke with customer care executives and asked for resolution but nothing has been provided from their end.
Whenever they hear refund they are disconnecting calls and sending mails showing they initiated refund but no refund has been processed till date post almost 3 months of booking.
