Sir maine 1 dec 2020 ko mere mobile no .[protected] se booking id NHKZ1392 se ayodhya me Oyo hotel balaji book kiya ...jab mai hotel manager se baat kiya to hotel manager ne baya ki sir aap ko payment nhi karna chahiye tha Oyo se mujhe paisa time par nhi mil pata hai ..sir aap booking cancelled kar dijiye aap ka paisa refund ho jayega ..hotel manager ne bataya ki palan change m karenge to paisa jaldi aayega ..sir maine 1835 rs avi tak nhi aaya please refund kar dijiye.. please help me
