I booked a room with oyo (Hotel good luck housea-44 road no-4 street no.9mahipalpur extension, near igi airportnew delhi) for 26th of july with oyo mobile app of july 24
And i did full of payment and i called to hotel for check my reservation status they told me your booking is confirmed but when i reached there the told me we are sold out i am going to attach the screenshot of my booking details below

I booked the OYO canary wharf apartment to stay from 4/8/19 to 5/8/19 and it was cancelled without my consent or of my doing by you guys! You also took the payment of the apartment from my account and said the reservation was cancelled due to an invalid card but that wouldn’t be possible if you guys took the payment. My weekend was ruined!!
