Oyo Rooms — Complaining about extra money charged at hotel check in

I booked a hotel through booking.com, which redirected the booking to Oyo. At the time of booking it showed amount of Rs.849 but when I checked in at hotel they told me that they do not book in less than Rs.1000 as it was against hotel rules and they made me talk to Oyo representative and they charged me extra Rs.150 stated as it will get refunded to my account within 24 hrs. It has not been refunded yet. And I cannot contact to Oyo customer care also because call is getting disconnected everytime.
