[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — complaining about irresponsible behaviour & charged extra money | |||
Oyo room is very irresponsible and a pathetic service. We booked a hotel in gurugram hotel comfort stay near sector 42-43 metro station and when we reach the hotel they say due to less rates they can’t give us the room, they denied to give us the room.. And say you have to pay more money rather then booking amount.. But why i can pay extra.. If the amount shows Rs. 680 they said you have to pay 889..this is so drastically when I heared that.. This is my first experience and it was so pathetic for me.. Was this information helpful? | |||
