Dear Oyo team, I have a bad experience of your tie up with hotels, I went on 13/6/19 around 12:30pm, I have got the discounts on Oyo rooms and have booked the room from phone pay app store Oyo offers. When I reached in hotel of Aerostay inn, the receptionist said cancel this booking and you need to come directly you need to pay 800 if you want a room, I have given the 800 amount of that time because have traveled a lot and need to stay, kindly do needful for your tie up with hotels if you are giving an offer than utlizile the offer of customer.Hotel name Aerostay inn, code:-11852
