[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — complaint about refund

Oyo rooms is a scam, their customer representatives claim that they have raised a ticket and our refund will be initiated, but it doesn't. We called a lot of times, but they all claim the same thing again and again. I haven't recieved my refund even after being promised by their customer representatives.

Money is very hard earned. I want it back. I want my time back which i spent calling for hours, i want all that energy i spent back.

It is a full scam. I was with my family with a scheduled booking when I was about to reach to hotels. I called the hotel and they denied that they didn't accept OYO bookings. I called to Oyo and they convince me to have another hotel and I booked it again, I went to the hotel with my family and the hotel has again denied for OYO booking. I called around 15 times to OYO but there is a connection issue started.

What a day! I never forget I was with my family without booking, felt terrible and OYO suggests to cancel the booking and approach for a refund and certainly did! They said that provide a refund in 7-14 days. Sucks, why my money reserved for them without having a booking.

Still, I waited, it's been 16+ days and today OYO told me to wait for another 7-14 days as your refund has been initiated! I mean what the ### is! What would I keep asking for my own money 100 times with OYO?

I contacted on Twitter and they said please SHARE YOUR booking iD, I did! and what they reply, kindly wait for 7-14 days and you will get your refund.

I am really tired of contacting them and submitting this issue here to aware many other people who are yet not get cheated but soon they will. Be aware guys, OYO is something else we can't understand!
