[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — complaint about the oyo hotel aditya-rewa

I have booked hotel aditya (Oyo-45599) in rewa from oyo with booking id is tslc8694, payment is also done from my side but hotel person is refused to provide the room and told that we have not taken oyo booking anymore.

Problem is if we already done payment and got the booking confirmation but hotel & oyo is dont have sync between them.

If hotel aditya is not giving any room to person than they should remove the hotel details from oyo website and even oyo also not recommend if they have problem to provide rooms.

They are very rude and ask to file complaint in oyo but we will not give any room to you.
