I booked oyo hotel for goa (19th oct to 22 oct) and i paid all amount at the time of booking. The last very day when i was in between journey a call came from oyo and i was told that your booked room is not available now. After 7 days of confirmed booked how rooms in hotel could be available. Secondly without consent oyo has shifted me in such a property whose cost was less. But they increase the hotel price from backround. Also oyo representative was not at all helpful. I suffered a lot mentally and financially.

While booking oyo executive did not provide the proper information, just dictated the policies and gave wrong information and hotel did not provide the proper services, after mentioning delux (3x) room for 3 people, they were extra bed as a matt on the floor.
