[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — Complaint against oyo himself | |||
I akash atwal booked oyo room for katra ( jammu ) for 18.2.17, oyo comfirm my booking and i rushed to the hotel and they refused me to give room against the booking of oyo, i was travelling from delhi to jammu acompaning my two friends, who has came all the way frm pune itself, after a long journey how can u expect such a blunt behaviour from the hotel ??? I told the oyo people regarding this but they have given me a lolypop ( Hi Mr. Akash, we are sorry to disappoint you. Your request is logged under Case ID 1191929.OYO Guestline [protected].) this is what i got frm oyo, nothing else !!!
