[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — complaint amount oyo room services | |||
Hello team, This is not acceptable that i have booked a oyo room booking id :- ugyb 1564 for the today from 12:00 pm to tomorrow 11:59 am by the calling number :- [protected] and i have received the payment link which i was need to pay online. I did it the same and i did the payment for the same. Still i did not received any confirmation message for booking status. I want my money back right now. Do the needful on the asap. I was promised a full refund of the booking within 14 days by the oyo guest experience manager Bably but I haven't received any amount till now and also they are not responding to my mails and complains raised by calls and oyo app
