[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — Complaint for inconvenience

Hi Ritesh,

Yesterday I booked 2 rooms for 4 people and at time of check in we requested the receptionist to allow my 5th guest for 2 hours as his train was late and we asked him to provide 2 hours he will not stay after 10PM so he simply denies, also told us to ask your guest to wait outside as they will not allow my guest to enter my room which I booked.

We also suggest him to add one person in app and modify our booking but he told me that you already paid the amount via online hence we can't do anything. Futher after 30 mins of arguments, he told me to give 500 bucks to provide the entry of my guest in the room.

I want to know if I booked 2 rooms and unfortunately my guest told me that his train is late so i think nobody in India told their guest to do their own booking.

2nd complaint

At early in the morning 4.30 AM when I go to washroom so I can't find any soap in washroom and also there is no water in the tap so at that time i was searching for the water because without water I can't came outside the washroom. Then I found small amount of water there in a bucket and i used that water. Then at early in the morning without washing my hand I go to reception for the soap.

I paid 1900 bucks for this type of services???

This is horrible experience

Then at 9.30AM, hotel management knocked our rooms and ask for check out . I want to know I paid the amount till 11 AM then why the management distrub our sleep at 9.30AM.

I need a solution for this as for me this booking is totally worthless and waste of money, also the embarrassment which I faced infront of my guests.
