I booked your hotel rooms for my parents in varanasi, raj mahal hotel. The hotel rooms were not provided on time n they were giving cheap n dirty rooms, with no water to drink n no hot water to bath. My first experience with you guys is pathetic n i will see that no one from my family n friends book your hotels. I tried to complaint to your customer support team but they were helpless. They disconnected my call 10 times. I will further raise complaint against you in consumer court.
