This is regarding the issue i faced while my booking in oyo 6371 hotel abrol from 20 feb-22 feb.
I checked in to hotel around 4.30pm 20 feb.
The room provided by hotel staff was very bad with foul smell, the ac was not working and it was very suffocating. Insects like spider was also raoming inside the room.
I asked the hotel staff for another room but they denied.
Because of this, i left the hotel at the same day in night 11pm and roamed around the city to get another hotel.
I request you to take this complaint seriously and genuine.
I have already made complaint on this on oyo customer service but no action is taken yet.
I request to please initiate the refund of amount ₹2322 which i think i deserve to get back.
