Oyo had taken my booking for two days at Hyderabad. I had paid the amount in full. However, the hotel was unable to provide me my room on spot saying that âthey are overbookedâ. Now, please specify what kind of business are uâll doing? You are accepting bookings from customers, taking the full money and then not being able to give us rooms? Can you understand the trouble and harassment an old couple has to go through at 8-9 pm due to this ### inefficiency or fault of yours? even after paying the full amount? I am saying this with my own experience. And then you guys do not even have the ability to handle issues properly. I had to call atleast 12-13 times to get a refund and its still in progress.
