[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — customer service has not resolved my issue in 5 days and will not call me back

I tried to check into an oyo hotel on friday and was denied check in because i am a foreigner. Apparently there are lots of oyo hotels that don't accept foreigners. I paid for the room online via a travel website, which didn't have a disclaimer. Oyo customer service placed me in another hotel nearby, the royal crown. I did not choose this hotel. Then they told me that i would have to pay 1700 rupees more, even though this wasn't my fault. I called the travel website and very quickly, they resolved my issue. I got to the hotel and i moved rooms twice due to issues of dirty bathrooms, fly infestations, ac that couldn't be controlled, etc, and the 3rd room i was put in had all of these issues plus the remotes didn't work, lights didn't work, etc. I did not call oyo customer service to complain about this hotel because i was tired and by that time it was several hours later. The next day, customer service called me to ask about my stay. I told them the truth and the representative told me that he would transfer me to another hotel and 'just give me 30 minutes while i talk to my manager'. An hour went by, and in the meantime i packed my things. After it was clear that he wasn't calling back, i tried calling the number he called from and of course, did not get through, so i had to call the regular number and go through person after person, hour after hour of being on hold, calls dropping, and promise after promise that someone would call me back 'in 15 minutes'. I understand ma'am. I'm sorry for your inconvenience, ma'am. All day. I did not receive a call back that day, nor did i receive a call at all the next day. So at 8pm i called again, going through person after person, hold after hold, meanwhile noticing that no one had any clue what my issue was. Nothing had been recorded, so i was met with responses like 'but you requested to change hotels' which is completely untrue, and 'you were not denied check in', which is also completely untrue. Again, i was promised that someone would call me back. And again, no one called me the next day, so i called back again and had to explain everything again for the 500th time. I was promised that the manager would come to the property and meet me to discuss a refund, but that didn't happen because i am here for work and am not hanging out at the hotel all day. So the night before my check out, still no resolution, still no call back, i called again and was promised again that someone would call me before i checked out. Of course, that didn't happen. The issue is still unresolved. This is completely disrespectful. I have stayed in oyo hotels a lot in india because i am here working and move often. I don't understand what is so hard about resolving this issue. At this point, the room is not my problem (And i'm not there anymore). My problem is this incompetent customer service that calls me to offer me something and just never calls back, ever. I don't even know what to say. There is something seriously wrong with this company.
