When I reached at the hotel so horrific experience I had.
1. Toilet commod seat was broken.
2.washroom was so dirty.
3. No Drinking water provided.
4. No bedsheet/blanket was provided.
5. No TV, No AC nothing was there in that room.
6. Because of all above reasons I forced to left that hotel and shifted to another hotel.
I reached out to receptionist 10times asking to change my room since 3pm 19th Aug and they were telling me that they will make the changes..but at 11:30pm they denied of changing the room.
I also contacted oyo customer support but they didn't respond.
It was a very disgusting and horrific incident happened with me and to my bad luck i book for 2days.
Also they are asking for more money for shift to a ac room.
On 20th Aug, morning I was forced to checkout from the hotel. And the behaviour of the staffs are very rude and it was not acceptable. Hotel staff misbehaved us.
Now their customer service is humiliating me and insulting me. They are not providing me the solution.
