[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — Delay in refund of payment against cancellation of hotel booking no nzli 2409 | |||||
I am yet to get the refund for my booking Number “NZLI 2409”, which I had to cancel due to wrong date of checking given in my booking confirmation. I had requested for date of check in as 10/12/2015, whereas the same was wrongly put as 15/12/2015, may be due to connectivity issue., which was immediately communicated to customer service team of OYO. This led to lot of inconvenience to me and I had to book fresh again thru OYO, which costed me more and then payment was made directly at hotel. I had requested to "OYO Customer Service" to change the date of check in as 10/12/2015, however they expressed their inability. Since, they could not change the date of check in, i requested them to cancel the booking, They confirmed cancellation of booking & informed that the payment will be refunded to my credit card account. However, the refund is yet to be received by me. I am sorry to say that their customer service is horrible. Please arrange to refund the amount of the above referred booking no. “NZLI 2409”, without any further delay & confirm immediately. Was this information helpful? | |||||
