I booked OYO 81027 from 15 Oct to 18 Oct 2021 (Paid total 2463 : 1963Rs + 500 Oyo money) - Booking ID : MOI14161. On 13th Oct Oyo changed my hotel to OYO Flagship 44105 without my consent. I cancelled the booking because new hotel was not suitable for us, I got Oyo's confirmation mail about the cancellation that 1963Rs will be refunded within 7-14 days and 500 oyo money will be credited in oyo wallet. Its been more than 14 days, only oyo moneay has been credited and amount of 1963Rs is still pending. Nobody from cutomer care [protected] number is picking complain call,[protected] cutomer care refusing to take complains.
