Oyo Rooms — Delay of my refund money after 8days

Address:OYO Rooms, 325, Spaze Tech Park Tower B, Sohna Road, Gurgaon, Haryana, India, Pin Code – 122001

I cancelled my booking id: WWFO6792 in Prime Residency, Bhubneshwar, Odisha on 18/10/2021. I paid Rs.4617/- for this and is eligible for full refund. Reason of my cancellation was the remote location of my booked hotel. Now when I'm trying to connect to the refund desk, the executive keeps me waiting for 22minutes and then the call disconnects automatically. It has happened almost 7-8 times. Inspite of keeping patience for such long durations I never get any assurance of when my money will be refunded.
Also the IVR played on [protected] is really frustating and fails to connect to the refund desk, instead it connects my call to the reservation desk.
Kindly help me with the above problem so that I can get an early refund.

Sorry for being unable to receive the call. I tried to call back but as that was a robocall I was not able to dial back. Kindly call me between 8:00am to 1:30pm.
