I made a booking in gurgaon in one of the flagship oyo hotels. But the experience has been a nightmare. I was denied check-in by 2-3 hours. I could check-in only at 4 pm as no room was available. Isn't it amazing that room becomes available at 4 pm. It seems they were giving room for few hours basis to some people. We called oyo helpline but there was no help. Only thing we heard was sorry sir, let me connect to senior team and call got cut. This happened so many times that it was like a torture. It was nothing less than a mental harassment. After so much ruckus finally we were given a room at 4.
Even the room was worst. Dirty linen, dirty washroom. Tv was not working. Nothing was good in the room. But as we had work to do so had to stay somehow. Even then the oyo customer care was as helpless as before. I don't know why they even exist if they can't help.
Net morning we got ready to have breakfast as we had pre-ordered one through the app. But to our amazement we were told that no breakfast is made available at this hotel since last 3 months. Then why the hell we were allowed to pre-book the breakfast. Again we called the oyo custome care but it was the same. One of them said let me talk to hotel and the call got cut. One of them said let me transfer the call to senior and then after few minutes again call got cut. They are just making mockery of the customers. Just looting their money.
