[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — delete booking history

As oyo is not allowing to delete the booking history which can be very dangerous privacy issue if fallen in wrong hands. I don't want to get in the trouble. Any fraudulent can use that record for blackmailing purpose so want to get my details and booking history deleted. Can any option available to delete my booking history from oyo app. I tried calling you but there is no clear assistance to contact on this issue. May 1, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved OYO Rooms customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Mar 23, 2019 OYO Rooms Customer Care's response We want you to reminiscence all the stays and hence you won’t be able to delete your account or the booking history as it is also required for the booking record. But we can block your account for further booking if you wish to do so.
