Booking (Miau6754) re: booking (Miau6754) silverkey executive stays 19493 here i had checked in on 25 th march.

I am supposed to do payment of rs: 683 but property manager collected the payment rs: 1510, the he staying payment not collected agin he collected payment rs 683 during check out.

No reply form oyo team and i can't argue with property persons. Terrific situation..

    I made the booking via oyo booking id : yzej7421 so before check in i confirm with oyo they said booking confirm i called hotel then they denied for booking again call oyo mr niranjan he said he resolve my issue but the amount i paid he refund me 489 and i have to pay cash 489 in hotel i agreed but when i reach property no one aware about this and they miss behave and i stand at lobby for more than 1 hour and hotelier ask 3 time more 1500 for check in and near by no hotel available so i am they said they will refund my money what ever i paid at hotel but no one refund me no one help me i called more than 20 time to oyo but no one help me!

      We booked 2 holiday package in last month. For kerala and which problems we faced in the trip we informed to oyo team by email, phon calls, what's app but still there is not any positive response from oyo holiday team. (Abhishek. [protected]@oyorooms.com and packages. [protected]@oyorooms.com) we booked and spent our money on trust but how this kind of service provider the oyo. This will be made negative feedback for oyo in future. Hopefully please look into this.

        I would like to share my yesterday experience with you which is completely unprofessional with oyo team. They just harassed people badly they people don't have an idea from how fare customer travel and if somebody booked oyo then they already schedule some meetings overthere.

        Yesterday i booked oyo 29708 sumedha premium @ rs 1261. My booking id is pvfx4805. Me and my husband reached hotel at sharp 11:45am but when we reached there hotel receptionist girl denied our check-in because of low tariff and she suggest us to spoke with oyo customer care. At sharp 11:51 we had contact on your customer care number where my husband spoke with mr. Anirudh, then again we called same and spoke with gopi who had transfer our call to some senior person his name was himanshu who is completely unprofessional, person who dont provide satisfactory solution. Even he dont have sufficient sense to catch our concern, he just wasted our time. Me and my husband we booked that venue for some meeting person and your executive suggest us to change the venue means how could your team being so unprofessionally.

        Also after wasting long time and talking long with him we urged him to bear half cost i, e. Rs.800 and rest cost we will bear but he said its not possible from their end. Neither himanshu hasn't able to provide satisfactory solution nor he had transferred our call to ground team.

        The level o[censored]nprofessionalism of your executive was not finished here. Himanshu had put our call on hold with asking and solving our issue. And after a long hold he had disconnected the call. To whom permission he did this.

        "now i want reason due to an error from oyo why customer will penalized. If some tariff issue you had not updated on your site then what"s customer fault".

        Also let you know yesterday i booked same deluxe room overthere @ rs.2200 because i cant change the venue but your nonsense executive was giving bluff to us and not want to understand our genuine reason. He just repeated things like a parrot.

          I have booked a room through oyo rooms in pune in the hotel orchid rooms on 13/03/2019 for rs. 896/- which by mistake got cancelled by my side after payment got debited. Against it i had a word with oyo team on ([protected]) mentioned number. They assisted me that i am initiating your refund against it but you book room again in the same hotel. I did as they said and got debited twice, 1 for the earlier booking which got cancelled and again for the next booking which i have made. They committed to give refund in 7-14 working days. So after 7 days i called again on the same number on 20/03/2019 that i din't got my refund yet and again after checking in system they told that it wasn't generated right now i am initiating so you will get it in next 7-14 days not today after 7 days on 26/03/2019 when i called to ask for the status they told me that it wasn't generated we are initiating right now so you will get it in next 7-14 days from today. I am really really dissatisfied with this thing. Like i will have to again wait for next 7-15 days which makes no sense. I have got complaint number in total 3 times against which my refund was processed than how is that possible that it wasn't initiated. Today the girl told that last time when they called i wasn't contactable which is wrong as i have attached screenshot of everytime when i have called and how much time i was connected and had a word with oyo team. I have audio recordings too for all the dates but its not getting supported somehow over here. I wasted alot of time behind it. Want an answer regarding the pathetic system they have maintained and need my refund within a day as. I can not suffer for what worst system you guys carry. Worst experiance ever i had with this oyo portal. Need immidiate actions to be taken for the same. The time oyo commites for refund already got overshooted against whcih ample prrofs i have attached so expecting refund within a day for the same.

            I had done a booking with oyo in mussorie but the owner denied my booking stating they have issues with oyo and he resisted to give me room. I have done the payment, received confirmation mail, watsapp msg. Even after all this still the hotel person denied giving room. I had to wait for 3 hrs till i get a temporary solution which they have given me a shabby hotel with a lower price and closed cabin room? Why was denied to give my room, i met with an accident and my car got damaged due to all the stress which i had gone through. I was offered a shabby room. My motto of enjoying my holiday got ruined? I had to spend extra and book another room from another source again. I will never ever again trust oyo rooms again. Who would pay me my losses which incurred to me

              On the 25th night, i booked a room id: voup 1058 and requested for early check in and the support guy said yes you can check in early by paying an additional amount of 200 at hotel venue.

              But now the hotel guys said like all the rooms are full until 12 pm.

              I need immediate refund and compensation for your worst behavior towards a customer.

                Don’t know is it oyo or something else it’s been 1:31 am and i just found the whole bed is full of khatmall pls get a life oyo you should think twice before giving your brand name to such these type of hotels it’s not hotel it’s like dhabaaa type place but dhabaaa is also good. I am not sleep properly so they changed my room and give me another but the thing is that why should i suffer for this and what kind of hospitality is this if you don’t know how to serve a guest please shut your this # business i am feeling very bad about all these incidents from morning to tonight i ma just suffering in. This place please let me know that would you like to take any action for this i don’t think so but i will post all those photos in social media that how oyo make you fool i will go against you and complain a file in consumer court

                    I have booked OYO ROOMS_ PURI Subudhi's Inn hotel through makemytrip on 22nd march'19 to 24th march '19. I reached hotel around 6.15 am on 22nd march and the hotel receptionist told me, your booking is there but OYO have paid only Rs. 3680/-so can't give you the rooms where I have paid Rs.12101/-. I called OYO customer care more than 20 times and they didn't cooperate me. After huge discussion and my personal source they ready to given rooms at 8.30 am. It was very pathetic experience with my family including two child and two senior citizen. Requesting you please look into this take necessary action against OYO ROOMS. However hotel staffs are good and help me a lot.

                      Hello

                      I am writing on behalf of mobility engineering consortium. Earlier this year, we hosted an event called formula bharat in coimbatore, tamil nadu. We were approached by mr. Abdul rashid, deputy micro market ceo of oyo, in october 2018, with an interest in marketing its services to our database. On october 23, 2018, an agreement provided and on december 13, 2018 the signed agreement was received wherein upon promotion of material, oyo will deliver its minimum payment of inr 20, 000 post event by february 1, 2019. We have done our due diligence in this matter (Screenshots attached).

                      Since the event's completion on january 28, 2019, we have been in constant follow up with mr. Rashid. Each call has been responded with empty promises of payment coming through and as of recent, it has been stalled as mr. Rashid claims to have had a surgery. I am not sure how your company works but if someone is out of office, i am sure the responsibility to push payment through can be handed to someone else. As of this week, we will be nearing 2 months of delayed payment.

                      I hope this matter will be resolved at the earliest.

                        I have always booked rooms via oyo and have been satisfied. I am also a wizard member. Recently i had booked oyo 3066 d2 holiday inn at model beach, puri and was really disappointed by their service provided. None of the rooms that we booked were ready during our check in time, though we checked in after the time provided. They did not change the bed sheets, towel, blankets etc., nor were the attached bathrooms cleaned. They refused to clean them, even when we asked them to. Any small issue we faced took hours and hours of time to get solved. This was moreover due to the insufficient number of staff working there. How can only two people be employed in a three storey building? They should engage more staff accordingly. Not only us, there were several other boarders who complained of their harrassment and all being of the same opinion that oyo 3066 does not deserve the oyo tag. I request oyo to take necessary actions regarding the issues.

                          Where ever i go i stay in oyo rooms. I love oyo rooms and iam a wizard member of oyo.

                          I have checked in to oyo 22008 jrj suits in thiruvananthapuram on march 9th after noon.in the evening i have gone to bath room and the fittings of bath room was very law quality. The faucet was leaking and water was coming from that. After that it broken when i used it. Water was forcely coming and it fill the bath room. I called reception and some one came and calling maintenance people from out side. Water was leaking and came to bedroom. After half an hour one maintenance person came and made it ok. And i told the manager to change the room. But they told me i have to pay rs2000 then only they can change the room. I called your oyo supporting team in delhi and told, they were helpless. Manager was a rowdy he was suppose to attack me. My would be was with me and i paid rs 2000 to that hotel. Is it hospitality? I was asking him to change the room for one and half hours. I slept at 1am in the morning.. I should get my cash back. And you should remove the manager as soon as possible.. He will destroy your name.

                          Expecting you reply and kindly enquire about that. You can or you team can check the cc tv and ask your team in delhi how many times i called to delhi and they put me on hold. Any way i need money back. Iam also working in a four star hotel as front office manager. We do never ask money from guest and trouble guest for the fault of the hotel. You should take the action immediatly

                            We have a booked a room via oyo at 23081 little stay service apartments, ambattur, Chennai. We personally went to the above apartment and asked about the rate and rooms and they showed us a room which was of good quality and and same as what was shown in the website. Today was the check-in date. When we went there they showed us an entirely different room of poor quality on the 3rd floor of a building next to the actual apartment. The bathroom facilities were unhygienic. Bedsheets and pillowcases were soiled ones with hairs and all. when we asked about it they said they don't have any spare bedsheets. Hotel faculties were not even apologetic about the inconveniences they have caused for us. Even the customer care was not helpful in the matter. We feel cheated in the matter.

                              I had a booking in the hotel keshari for 3 days .The experience there was the worst i dont know how oyo is supporting these types of hotels.you really dissappoint me . my pair of dress went missing while i was out of the hotel without my due permission the hotel house keeping staff opened my room and took a tees and a shots . what should i do now can oyo suggest me ?

                                I am Dr Pranil Bansal ([protected]), I made a hotel booking with oyo app (booking id - IAYC9267) on 22/03/19 for 3 rooms in hotel konark residency, malvan, maharastra.
                                My total booking amount was ₹5056/-.
                                I was offered and i opted for a wizard membership of ₹99/- which offered 5% discount on current booking i.e. ₹ 252/-.
                                My total amount payable now was ₹4902/- ( 5056 + 99 - 252).
                                In payment it gave a option to pay now and get 5% extra discount (i.e. ₹245) right now. So i made the payment through that link, amount deducted was ₹4657/[protected]. Note that the amount deducted was not in my control, i only allowed the payment, oyorooms decided the amount.
                                Now oyorooms is asking me to pay ₹399/- more, stating that i did not get any offers.

                                Booking date- 22/03/19
                                I opted for two offers :
                                1- wizard membership for ₹99 n get 5% off (₹252)
                                2- pay now and get 5% off (₹245)
                                My total booking amount before offer was ₹5056.
                                After offers it was ( +99, -252, - 245) = ₹4657
                                I made the payment and amount deducted was ₹4657 and booking was confirmed.

                                During checkin the hotel informed me that 399/- is due on this booking. I than rechecked in my oyo apps, my wizard membership was due n was not processed. I called customer care for resolving this issue. It took me 30-40 mins to understand that oyo customer care executive dont give a damn about what happened. He will take action only if i give him proof n present the screenshot or any recording of the offers displayed to me before booking. If i have it than they will do the needful otherwise just go away as nothing as happened because nobody can prove it without screenshots.
                                I reminded him multiple times, i am a customer and some technical issue has happened during this booking, kindly resolve it and if you cant than divert me to someone who has the power to resolve this. But the only reply i got was 'provide the screenshot to prove it or it has not happened you are lying about it'. And nobody in oyorooms can do anything about it. I told him that if you cant solve the technical issues occuring in your own system, than i have to find someone who can. As this is a clear case of fraud and cheating. I was displayed a certain amount before booking and the same amount was deducted through payment, than after booking was done oyo is asking for ₹399 more.
                                I even gave them option to cancel this deal, as this is not the deal i finalised with oyo. But they said refund is not possible on same date in their system. And i have to pay extra for the same thing on the same booking because oyo cant care or trust its customers.

                                I made the payment of ₹399 at the time of checkout.

                                My issue with oyorooms is at multiple levels. Firstly i want to state that this whole issue is not monetary. It is about the concent and trust.
                                1. Oyorooms should only display offers that it intent and has the power to provide. Displaying offers only to lure customers is not a ethical.
                                2. Suppose if some technical issue has occured and it is not a routine practice of oyo, than oyo should provide proper customer care support and executives should have some powers to resolve this type of technical issues. Rather than repeatedly asking for proof / screenshots.
                                3. If legally customers should have screenshots of every steps taken in oyorooms, than it means either oyorooms has some false intentions or it can not be trusted to handle anything related to money.
                                4. Quick and efficient solution was to immediately correct the technical issue the time i contacted customer care during the check in process. But they were on different phase. They dont give a damn about the issue i have faced. Their response was provide screenshots ( as if one should know that oyo is a cheater and you will need this afterwards) or else pay the extra amount.
                                5. I was on a family trip with my parents and a small child. I have wasted so much time and energy to explain the oyo executive my concerns. At the end of the conversation, i was extremely disappointed and frustrated with oyorooms. I cant cancel and get refund due to oyo policies. If i continue the current booking i had to pay ₹399 more, which was totally unfair.
                                Had to search for consumer forums n other sites to raise my concerns about the issue i faced. It has caused me tremendously mental stress that cant be compensated with any monetary amount.
                                On a family trip i was literally struggling with oyo to solve the technical issue occured in oyo's system, for which oyo was not even bothered about.
                                6. I dont want this type of cheating / frauds to continue with anyone else. Oyo is not bothered about this issue. It is apparent that it is letting this things to happen to make profit out of it. But my ethics dont allow me to let oyo go after doing such things with me or anybody else in future.
                                7. I got mail from oyo that it is providing me ₹399 on my future bookings. But i have no intent of dealing with the fraud company in future. In the deal, i paid for wizard membership and got discounts at that time.
                                But after all the mental stress and inconveniences faced by me, i dont have any interest in oyorooms. I have lost my faith in oyo.
                                I want my money to be transferred back to the source account. You can only pay back the fraud money you charged me with. Oyo cant compensate me for the amount of mental stress it has caused me through all this.
                                8. As you guys have forced me, i have also raised my concerns in consumer forum. You guys think you can do anything in the name of your internal system. If your internal system is not allowing you to solve your technical issues, someone should be able to solve it.

                                I hope this elaboration is enough for raising my concerns regarding oyorooms system and customer support. If oyo can introspect and take corrective measures, it will benefit other future customers.

                                As for me, i want my money to be transferred back to my account. As it was not for oyo to use, i should have liberty to use it as my will goes.
                                It is only to assure that i dont get monetary loss in the deal i booked with oyo.
                                But oyo cannot compensate for the terrible experience i went through in all this. And it will be very hard for me to trust oyorooms again.

                                As i have mentioned in my detailed elaboration (if you have read it), i dont have any intentions to use your services in the future.
                                If you truely want to rectify this issue, transfer my money to the source account. You dont have any right to use my money for so long.

                                  Booked a full hotel in jan for the month of july but a few days back got to know that the hotel's contract with oyo rooms has come to an end. Even after informing them on the call 4-5days before, they haven't reached out to me with an alternative solution. Now, whenever i am calling them, the only response i am getting is that we have informed the concerned person and they would be reaching out to you to help which isn't the case yet.

                                    I had worst experience of my life with OYO ROOMS. Also i would request to others don't go with OYO rooms even if they offer you free rooms. Such a pathetic & disaster management!!
                                    I had a booking in GOA with Oyo rooms (EDITION O 30010) from 16.03.2019 to 20.03.2019, which was a confirmed booking from OYO rooms. I had a confirmation call from OYO on 16.03.2019 evening that what time i am going to check in. I told them i will be there in night at 2:00 AM, they said that they are waiting for us. On the other hand when i landed in GOA i got a mail from OYO that they had changed my hotel without taking permission from me.
                                    After that i had called at OYO customer care where they said that this was happened because hotel was over booked. Now tell me if my booking was confirmed then how could they give me reason of over booked? Also if it was over booked then why i have not received any call from hotel that rooms are not available & why i had received a confirmation call? Also OYO is giving me reason that they prefer to give rooms to group of 10 instead of 2 people. So please let me know if i am not a customer if we were in 2 numbers? I was so helpless at 2:00 AM in the morning where there was no one to help me, Despite of so many calls nobody has answered my call, also there was no hotel contact number mentioned where could i confirm my booking.
                                    I just want to know if something has happened to me that time who would be responsible. OYO rooms has just spoiled my honey moon. Such a bad company with worst experience.
                                    I here by attaching two screenshots one with my booking (hotel which i had selected after 3 weeks search) & one in which they have shifted us.
                                    OYO executive was telling me that this is a good hotel, now tell me who is he to tell me that i can go in that hotel. If i would have to go into that hotel i definiatley booked that hotel by myself. There are so many things to write but i dont want to.
                                    Now i know OYO will only offer me OYO MONEY which would expire after some months, Also your OYO MONEY can not help me & can not change the experience i had with you.
                                    Will never recommend OYO & will never like to stay with OYO even if they offer me free rooms.

                                    For your information your given solution is no where stand with the problem i had faced. I am not hungry for your 1000 Rs complimentary stay, if you really wanted to helped me you would have refunded that amount into my bank account amd not as a complimentry stay. Ir means you have bound me to stay in your hotel in 6 months as you know very well that nobody will go for a hotel stay with in 6 months & your 1000 Rs will not waste. You can just make people fool as you think they are fool. Actually we people are fool because we have stayed with you. Also thanks a lot for jugdging my problem worth 1000 Rs complimentry stay. I really hope that this same thing happened to you as soon as possible. Karma really pays .. i know!!

                                      I had booked hotel with oyo rooms in first week of jan for 5th march till 10th march and from 7th march till 10th march.

                                      Just one week before the check-in oyo denied me check in stating reason as issue with property and moved my booking to another property.

                                      After one day the other property also denied check stating reason as maintenance in property.

                                      So i cancelled my booking with oyo. And now its been one month that oyo is not returning my refund of rs 20000/-.
                                      It has been harassment for me to follow it up with them and they just do not give me any solution.

                                        I had booked 3 rooms for elderly people on pilgrimage. The hotel was supposed to provide breakfast. There was no kitchen in the hotel. They got breakfast from outside and only in limited quantity.

                                        A/c is the room was not working. The hotel staff was stitching off the a/c from outside

                                        The toilitaties were only provided for 1 day and 1 towel per room with 2 people.

                                        Water bottles in the room were charged.

                                        Hotel was not providing breakfast till 8:30 am
