[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — denial of service after accepting payment | |||
I have booked oyo room in kolkata and paid online at the time of booking through option "pay now to avail at this price". I went to check in with my family at 10.15 pm as i traveled from vijayawada to howrah through train : faluknams express but the service was denied stating they don't accept online payments. I contacted oyo customer care immediately and they have spoken with the hotel manager. Then the hotel managment demanded thrice the amount per day as compared to the booked amount by merely taking the advantage of my situation (Late night). I wanna approach consumer forum. Just imagine the horrible situation i was faced at midnight. Was this information helpful? | |||
