With reference to the booking id dank3492 dated 08-sep-2019, check in was scheduled for 29-sep-2019 (Today) at oyo 5023 hotel jagdamba, railway station road katra, katra (J&k)
Booking details : 5 rooms (14 guests) + breakfast, total[protected] paid in advance & 1108 payable at hotel)
The hotel authorities demanded for extra 7000 plus against the meals (Lunch & dinner) which we did not included. The issue was raised to oyo customer care too. Several calls were exchanged with oyo in last 2 hours resulted to no resolution. They denied for check-in.
Ultimately, after struggling for 2 hours, having senior citizen members & small kids in the family, i had to check in nearby hotels on my own expenses.
I am requesting to refund my 100% paid advance along with compensation. Requesting to strict & prompt action with defaulters.
