[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — denied booking | |
I booked an Oyo room with booking ID VARU4578 after making the full payment but before checking when I called the hotel manager I was told that their relationship with OYO has been terminated and I have to pay again if I want to checkin. I had to call the OYO customer care at the middle of the night with my family( 1 kid and 1 infant) and pay for another hotel. I am yet to receive the refund of the booking amount and OYO doesn't bother to take care of customers Was this information helpful? | |
