Oyo Rooms — Denied Booking & paid additional amount for same room

Ticket ID: [protected] | Ticket Type: SIG Escalations | Resource Type: Booking | Resource ID: LP0M9655.

Hi Support Team,

i have been following up since last two months for my refund but till now i have not received, i had shared payment receipt as well through mail but no response,

I had denied check in and hotel person asked me to booked offline by paying Rs 1000 when i called oyo customer care they asked me to pay and take receipt and i will get refund for the same once check out,

and from that day i am following up for the same.

Hi Support team,

Still How many 7- to 14 days you required to proved me the refund amount of Rs 1000 / -, it has been two months now and still you people are not resolving my issues, Please provide refund at the earliest.
