[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — denied check after prepayment also

Address:Udaipur, Udaipur, Rajasthan

I have booked a room at hotel vinayak in udaipur and payment was done at the time of booking only. Now when i reached today to check in, i was denied check in citing issues of hotel with oyo.

Neither oyo nor hotel informed me earlier about the issue when payment was done. Now because of this i had to check in to another hotel with an higher charge because of instant check in.

Oyo has to refund me difference amount that i have to pay at the new hotel.
Kindly treat this as a notice which is to be given to service provider before 7 days before filing any consumer court suit.

Either oyo has to refund me 1638+ extra amount i paid to new hotel i. E.[protected]= 1722 to my account or else i would be left with no other option but to file a suit against oyo in consumer court
