PVXU1668 is my booking id. I booked my room on 12th August in OYO Town House 149 siri residency and my booking was confirmed so I even did the complete payment for my 3 nights 4 days stay in the hotel. But after I reached to the hotel to do my check in I was told that the hotel doesn't have any room vacant for us and we should go back. Also in the app it was showing that the check in was already done. The hotel i booked actually gave my room to someone else before we reached! And inspite of our pre booking along with payment done, they refused to give us the room. It was late night and we had to suffer for more than 2 hours due to the mismanagement of oyo, when all we were looking for was to get settled as soon as possible after reaching from airport and have dinner!! After 2 hours we were recommended some other oyo hotel and to reach there in midnight we had to pay almost the double o[censored]sual amount to the cab and then the other oyo hotel also gave us a very hard time and was not accepting the amount written in oyo app but was asking for their own revised amount, also they didn't accept when we told that we are going to pay through oyo app!!! It was already midnight we had to accept at the end and had to stay in a hotel which was not in our budget and somehow manged to get the dinner at that time!!!
Oyo has given the most hardest time to us yesterday and we have suffered a lot and also had to go out of our budget that was planned and roam from place to place with a female colleague at midnight risking our security. We need a compensation for this blunder that Oyo has done. As you can see in the attached image it is still showing we are checked in and staying there. Please look into this matter and take necessary action.
