[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — denied check-in and ruined my vacation

I booked hotel for sasan gir through oyo. My booking id is xuqn5248. On 29october at 10.30pm i reached hotel after 400 kms of travelling. I was denied check-in and i was left unattended in the middle of jungle with my wife, 3yrs old daughter and elder parents. Had to call oyo so many times and finally they agreed for refund but ultimately my vacation was ruined. Its not about refund amount. Its about my vacation on diwali which was completely spoiled by oyo and had to gone through lots of hardships at midnignt. Oyo app shows the issue has been resolved. How it would get resolved without even asking me? And who would take responsibility of my spoiled vacation.? Who will give me three days which i lost?
