[Resolved] Oyo Rooms — denied check in | |||
Qvw10194 - i had booked 4 rooms and travelling with 13 guests including 4 children. Firstly directions to the property we're wrong. Once we reached there and saw a pool filled with moss green water.. We were surprised! The rude lady at the reception just denied check-in saying oyo cheats them and doesn't pay them.. She can give us rooms if we pay the amount she asked.. Which was like triple of what we paid. This was a shocker to all o[censored]s! I tried calling customer service and got a standard response saying systems are down and they can't do much i needed to wait! With the children being so restless we had to move out and the hotel wasn't cooperating. We had to check into another property close by which was 4 times the cost and we weren't prepared for this.. Complete mental torchure from oyo rooms. We need a complete refund from oyo! Was this information helpful? | |||
