Oyo Rooms — denied check-in in spite of prepaid booking | |||
It was really a pathetic experience with #oyo#oyo rooms .Did a booking with oyo rooms at kasauli for 4 rooms. Upon reaching the hotel premises my complete team was denied check-in, as per hotel they are no longer in associate with Oyo .Called customer service 10 times each and every time the agent kept me in queue, waited for 1 hour on call, still no resolution.Although I had prepaid the oyo hotel, oyo didn't even care to call me once to resolve this issue.I tried to make some changes through its app, but everytime it was showing en error "something went wrong"its been 24 hours and no refund was issued.lastly I had to choose another medium for stay. Summary use my whole business trip was affected just because of this problem .Do not go for oyo rooms.pathetic customer service.
