[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — Denied check inn

Booked a hotel prime grand through oyo a week back... Travelled to mumbai and reached around 9.30 pm in the night - hotel denied the check in due to the policy.. I was standing on the road without any help.. Being from South india, I have language issues too.. But oyo customer care saying simply, we will cancel and refund... Pl imagine if any female at this situation.. I have recorded the complete conversation with oyo representative.. Pl suggest the way of taking action against this
