Oyo Rooms — Denied checkin and did not get refund for the same

I had booked OYO 10018 grand residency from 08-Nov-2022 to 11-Nov-2022. On reaching the hotel on 08-Nov-2022, i was denied check in as the hotel said it could not find my booking on their system. On contacting OYO customer service, they agreed it was a technical issue from OYO and assured me that they would give me a refund. It's been a month of constant follow up. I have still not received any refund from their end.
Please find a screenshot of the ticket raised for this issue. Please help.
