Oyo Rooms — Denied Checkin even after taking the payment

I was charged rupees 567 by Agoda and got a booking confirmation email from oyo too, but at the hotel they denied the booking and demanded more money. they wudnt let us checkin if we wudnt pay money
i paid for the room and was denied the checkin .
please me assist with my refund
this incident happened on 11/06/2022
the Hotel is OYO 63230 Exotica Hotels
and the booking id is[protected]

upon asking for refund, the reception said i shud talk with the customer care
