Oyo Rooms — Denied checkin many oyo hotel after online payment

I booked hotel Collection O Pearl Inns Executive Near Phoenix Marketcity - Viman Nagar via oyo phone app for my parents and the booking was confirmed after payment was made by me online.
When my parents arrived at the hotel, they were denied checkin saying that we don’t take oyo bookings and hotel asked them to pay double the amount for the room which is ₹1500. As it was late in the night, they had to book the room at double the price.
I have called oyo customer service multiple times. Each time they ensured that a refund will be processed and then disconnected the call. I also wrote emails but no response from oyo.
This is a pathetic experience for user. Please process my refund of 1500₹ asap and take appropriate measures to delist any such hotels from oyo.
