[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — Denied checkin saying my booking is invalid

I booked a room in hotel orient flagship 39712 on 1st oct through oyo app. I paid booking amount through app but when I reached hotel, they told me that booking is invalid and if I want to checkin I will have to pay extra tariff charges which is not mentioned anywhere in the oyo. As I had no other option, I had to pay extra charges i.e. 823₹ apart from 477 which I paid while booking, so total bill was summed up to 1300. They also refused to give me bill. Even though I am sharing screenshot of payment done by me. This is totally not expected from oyo. I just want refund for extra money that I paid which is 823₹ as soon as possible. I have contacted oyo service multiple times but it is not worth contacting. Executives are only puttingcalls on hold for long hours and not responding. Resolve my issue as soon as possible.

I had booking with one of the hotel partners collection O DSP mahape of Oyo on 1st April, 2023 at late night. As per the request raised by OYO, i had paid full payment by UPI. Screen shot is attached. Booking ID is TTFY5943.
Once I reached at hotel, hotel manager refused to provide room by saying not enough amount charged by OYO.

I had a detail discussion with OYO assistance and asked for refund. He added hotel partner on line for further investigation. It was surprising to me after knowing that, Hotel partner was claiming that I had ckeckin and had a stayed for 3 hrs. When i asked for my partner name, he turn off the conversation.
Oyo assistance raised my tickets no [protected].
After a sometimes, i received mail from oyo saying that, they had investigation with hotel partner and my claim found invalid.

This is looks like a total fraud and corruption which is executing by OYO inhand with hotel partners.

If i haven't served by oyo, then oyo have to refund me my money.

Kindly carry out proper investigation with hotel partners since there are call recording of conversation of oyo assistance with me as well as CCTV cameras at hotel receptions.
Also submit the investigation report with customer before conclusion something.

If oyo is failing to generate proper report, then it can be claimed that, a huge scam is doing by OYO with customers.
