[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — denied checking in even after online booking

Address:Hotel shital, Mahabaleshwar market, Satara, Maharashtra, 412806

We booked a hotel room at mahabaleshwar about a month ago. When i reached there the hotel denied to give me a room saying the tarrif was less and i shouldn't have booked online. He asked me to pay full for a room. I tried speaking to oyo customer care for about three hours. We were sitting in the hotel lobby for 3 hours wet and hungry. Everytime oyo people cut the call in between.
Both o[censored]s got frustrated as we had already wasted a lot of time and both o[censored]s were feeling sick because we were wet. We had to cus short our trip.

This happened today at 1 pm. We are just leaving for mumbai.
