I had booked a hotel via the OYO app and the details of the booking are being provided herein:-
Name of the hotel- Capital O Palette, Royal Haveli
Date of booking- 12th October 2021
Number of rooms and guests- 2 rooms 4 guests
Check in date- 27th November 2021
Check out date- 29th November 2021
Since the date of the booking no communication was made to me regarding the new changes which I am being forced to accept that is the denial of entry in the hotel on the account that the prices of the hotel are higher than what was put up on the app. The hotel authorities nor the OYO rooms authorities communicated even a single message regarding the changes and I have already paid the total amount in full. I have my exams tomorrow and I am stuck in this bizarre situation and I'm at the suffering end due to lack of professionalism from authorities who are supposed to help me out.
Kindly help me out in this dire situation.
