This is to inform you that I have booked OYO room on 31st Dec 2021 to celebrate New year. they have confirmed the booking and collected the money.
When I reached to hotel, They denied our check-in by saying hotel room gets full, No room Available. I have a question when you do not have room why they have accepted our booking and charged the money. At the last we end up calling oyo and they said no room available near by. this is pathetic way to treat us, waster my New year celebration. at the end they said they will refund my booking money. its does not cost them, but it ruin my whole new year party.
My urge is from consumer complaint to take strict action against oyo room, how can they do such thing. Was this information helpful? |
