Oyo Rooms — Denied my check in and not refunding my money

Address:Oyo 23628 gerno house

Hlo Oyo team actually I have booked a but when I reached the property the staff denied my check in and not let me go inside the room
And later when i checked online status it is showing that i have check in but in real my check in denied and I am staying some near by hotel
I have contact Oyo team altest 4 time I do not get any postive response they said to hold the call and after that i have waited for 14 -14 min 3 times
I asked them to refund my money back otherwise i have to take some legal action still i have no response
