[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — Denied service by hotel after prepayment and got no refund

I booked a hotel from oyo app by pre payment the amount. When i reached hotel, they denied the service saying they didn't receive any booking. When i cancelled my booking they didn't give me any refund. Their customer service is also of no use. Why was i not given any refund when it was not my fault that the hotel refused service.
OYO 41436 Astoria House 1, is the name of the hotel
